Galanthus x valentinei ‘Compton Court’ – A lovely nivalis x plicatus hybrid. It seems quite similar in appearance to ‘S. Arnott’ although much earlier in flower. It normally flowers here in the North West in early to mid-January. A very attractive, tall plant with very erect scapes. It grows very well in the garden here and quickly forms an excellent clump. A very vigorous and very robust plant. It was named for the garden it was discovered in.
