Galanthus 'Boge' is a tall, elegant snowdrop with long, pure white outer segments and a neat green inverted 'U' at the tip of the inner segments. It holds its flowers up well on tall scapes, and has a lovely clean, simple look.
It was raised from seed from the village of Boge in northern Albania, which gives it its name, by Paul Barney of Edulis Nursery, who lists it as G. reginae-olgae subsp. vernalis, the spring-flowering form of the species. Here in the North West it usually flowers around mid-February.
