Galanthus x valentinei ‘Dryad Gold Bullion’ - One of the Dryad Gold series of yellow snowdrops. All of these clones were produced by Anne Wright of Dryad Nursery and come from the same batch of seedlings of a cross of G. plicatus ‘Wendy’s Gold’ and G. nivalis ‘Sandersii’. ‘Dryad Gold Bullion’ is one of my very favourites of the series. It has lovely shaped flowers and a very vibrant gold colouring. It is much more compact than a lot of the other Dryads. This plant, like all of the Dryad Golds is an excellent doer and increases exceptionally well. All of the Dryad Gold snowdrops in my collection were originally acquired directly from Dryad Nursery. They are all brilliant garden plants.
Many of my snowdrops are available in very small numbers. Sign up to hear about new plants, blog posts and events like Cheshire Snowdrop Day. No spam, ever, and you can unsubscribe any time.
