It has the most beautiful and delicate markings to the apex and middle of the inner segments, and long claws leading down the rounded outer petals. This flowers for me around the start to the middle of February. It doesn't increase as quickly as I'd like but it is a beautiful snowdrop and, when the outers open on a warm sunny day, it is a stunning sight.

I believe it was Cliff Curtis himself who found it, in around 2003. It's a tall snowdrop and, I'm told, has a good scent too, so it's well worth getting down close to it on a mild day.

Sources
Some of the background here comes from Freda Cox, A Gardener's Guide to Snowdrops.
